Native Oregonian and raised in a Christian environment but didn't come to know the Lord until a Senior in high school. Married with three grown children, three grandchildren, and two great grandchildren. Semi-retired RN, having worked at the VA, travel nurse for several years and taught nursing. The Lord has been answering two unspoken prayers through the years by bringing me closer to Him and showing me the end of the race, maybe just around the corner - now with cancer but have had experiences of heart infection, bleeding, near drowning, being shot, losing eveything in a house fire, and several more divinely ordained acts to answer those prayers.
